Subscription terms:

By signing up, I/we apply to become contract members of Light House Holistic.

Payments will be processed on the due date as agreed in the membership contract, and each payment will be for the same amount specified in the agreement. The payment reference number will be included to identify the contract.

I/we understand that the first payment will be made after completing the authentication process with Netcash (our subscription service provider).

If the payment date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payment will be processed the following business day. Payments will continue monthly until the membership agreement is fulfilled or cancelled.

Cancellation

If I/we cancel the membership before the 12-month contract ends, a 20-day written notice must be sent via email to info@lighthouseholistic.co.za, and I/we agree to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining monthly fees, plus any overdue amounts.

After the 12-month period, membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. Cancellation at this stage also requires 20 days' written notice.

Membership cannot be suspended for any reason, and any changes to my/our details must be communicated to Light House Holistic.

Failure to pay on time will result in a 10% late payment fee.

Assignment

I/we acknowledge that this authority may be transferred to a third party if the membership agreement is transferred to them.

For a first purchase made in October 2024, the monthly fee of R1230 will be debited for the full Light House Membership, and R980 for the Light House Ashtanga only membership.

I/we will receive an email and SMS from Netcash to securely submit banking details online.
