You're invited to an exclusive 1-hour sound healing experience.
Experience an immersive sound journey consisting of tuning forks, voice, crystal bowls, hangpan, and Tibetan sound bowls. This session will be accompanied by a gently guided Yoga Nidra meditation, promoting deeper relaxation.
Deeper states of rest are encouraged through specific frequencies played, slowing brainwaves to a restorative state, and activating the body’s immune response of self-healing.
Healing and music has always captivated Kerstin de Beer (KDB). With a BA in Sound Art and certification in Tibetan Sound Bowl Healing, she respects and reveres the transformative power of sound on the human body.
