Sankofa Wellness Day Retreat

Gently held and guided by two spiritually gifted and rooted facilitators. This day retreat invites into a collective exploration of patterns that are not only generational but also systemic.

There are many healing modalities rising to tackle generational and collective trauma, Family Constellation and Systemic Constellations are some of the more delicate practices, fostering more self awareness on an embodied, experiential level. Paying homage to the Nguni origins of the practices, and facilitating a soul opening experience that deeply resonates with the present.

Join us for a day retreat of exploration. Through guided exercises and deep inner work, not only will you explore and building an understanding of what Family Constellations and Systemic Constellations are. You will uncover the hidden dynamics, release emotional blockages and gain clarity and ancestral patterns.
